Notice to employees regarding privacy

The system allows you to report incidents, misconduct and other fundamentally incorrect behavior. A report in the system may also concern you. Each employee may be reported as a person responsible for an incident or as a participant in its circumstances. This means that as part of considering the report in the Sygnalizuj.pl system, your personal data may be processed. In such a situation, all data reported to us is processed, together with the information we already have, for example the name of your position, and in serious cases also information from your computer and company communication systems.

The legal basis and purpose of this processing is our legitimate interest and the legal obligation to provide a safe workplace and investigate misconduct. The data will be stored only for the duration of the investigation and will not be shared by us unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Mediapark Sp. z o. o., which is the system provider, will store the data but will not use it in a way that goes beyond the needs related to storage.

As the employer, we are the administrator of the data subject to this processing. Those interested in obtaining further information about this and other methods of processing personal data are asked to familiarize themselves with our general privacy policy, which contains contact details enabling further information to be obtained.
